MISUNDERSTOOD is back on it's old website.

The charity was set up in November 2002 by Maria George, who lives with her four children in Kent. Two of Maria's children suffer from ADHD and, from experience, Maria realised that there was more to treat than simply the symptoms of the sufferer. She came to believe that it was the entire family of the ADHD sufferer that needed help and that everyone who had contact with an ADHD sufferer, from teachers to law enforcement officers, need to understand a lot more, but that currently no body actually recognised these facts.
